As a core hub for the beauty industry in the Asia-Pacific region, the Hong Kong International Beauty Fair achieved a closed-loop cooperation process, encompassing precise pre-show matching, in-depth negotiations during the fair, and continuous post-show follow-up. We received a total of 216 inquiries from global buyers, 88% of whom carried specific purchasing needs, demonstrating a much higher precision in customer acquisition than traditional channels.
During the fair, we successfully reached cooperation intentions with 15 core clients, including high-end Japanese and Korean beauty brands, emerging skincare companies from Southeast Asia, and luxury beauty groups from Europe, with intended orders exceeding 8 million RMB. Of particular note is that through on-site sample displays and process demonstrations, three international brands finalized customized solutions on the spot, compressing the negotiation cycle that would normally take weeks into a single day, increasing transaction efficiency by 90%. Furthermore, leveraging the fair's QR code collection function, 37% of potential clients initiated secondary inquiries within 30 days after the fair, with 32% of these inquiries coming from emerging markets such as India, Indonesia, and Thailand, laying a solid foundation for expanding into diversified overseas markets.
Our participation in this Hong Kong International Beauty Expo not only yielded both orders and clients, but also allowed us to accurately grasp the pulse of industry development and clarify the core direction for product innovation and brand upgrading. Moving forward, we will focus on three major areas: environmentally friendly material R&D, personalized customization services, and technological innovation, transforming the expo's gains into actual productivity. On the one hand, we will promote the large-scale application of PCR glass, aiming to achieve a recycled material ratio exceeding 40% by 2026; on the other hand, we will deepen cross-border cooperation channels and continuously expand into emerging markets through online platforms such as the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) Procurement Network. Simultaneously, through collaborative innovation between industry, academia, and research, we will create more competitive glass bottle packaging solutions, providing global beauty brands with high-quality products that combine aesthetics, environmental friendliness, and functionality.
